Ubeydullah Karakaş focused on trademark law, intellectual property, and contract law during his undergraduate and graduate studies. During his university years, he participated in British Parliamentary Debating and adjudication, achieving national success.
His article titled "A New Legal Thought in the 21st Century: The Theory of Legal Ecology and Its Reflections on the Turkish Legal System" was accepted by Galatasaray University Faculty of Law and presented at the Galatasaray University Law Students Symposium.
He was a finalist in the Constitutional Court Hypothetical Individual Application Competition organized by BAU and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation, achieving recognition for his oral and written pleadings. He holds certifications in "Negligent Acts in Intentional Homicide" and "Arbitration Clauses in International Investment Agreements."
Additionally, he moderated a conference titled "Lawyer-Client Relationships and Criminal Behaviors" with Prof. Dr. Ovul Sezer at the University of North Carolina. He has actively represented merchants facing issues on e-commerce platforms in trademark lawsuits, handling cases of unfair competition in Commercial Courts and trademark infringement in Intellectual Property Courts, as well as following up on criminal complaints.
He continues his graduate studies, focusing on issues related to intellectual property and trademark law in e-commerce. He is the founding attorney of Lexada Law & Consultancy.
